Daisy & Adam - Fun Engagement Session in Venice Canals, CA

Oh, these two! Daisy and Adam are so in love and playful with each other, it is ridiculously contagious! They are both from Canada, and wanted their engagement photos to reflect their Los Angeles lifestyle, as well as have a bit of contrast to Vancouver where they'll be getting married soon. The Venice Canals was the perfect choice for their engagement session and it was such a beautiful sunny day! I love coming back to to shoot at the Venice Canals, there are always new fun areas to explore there! Below are a few of my favorites from this shoot!

Jessica and Curtis are a true power couple, and after they met back in 2011 in Washington, DC, their lives changed forever. They have traveled the world and stuck together through thick and thin. It was beautiful witnessing them declaring their love for each other at the glamorous Taglyan Complex in Los Angeles. Their wedding day started at the famous Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, which perfectly matches their style of true elegance and class.  The first sentence of Jessica's vows was so powerful that it made half of their wedding guests start tearing up (including myself!), and their love for each other is so intense, passionate and real. It is couples like this that make me believe in true love. Here is a little peek into their wedding day!

Kristen & Reilly - Romantic Engagement Session in Arlington Garden, CA

For their engagement session, Kristen and Reilly picked the beautiful Arlington Garden in Pasadena. The Pasadena City Hall is usually by far the most popular location to take engagement photos, which makes the Arlington Garden a perfect little gem. It is Pasadena's only public garden, and features an Arroyo Seco pathway and pool, gorgeous Italian style olive alley, and hidden unique corners with stairways, benches and twisty paths - what a dream!

Kristen and Reilly have so much chemistry and passion, and are absolutely head over heels in love with one another! They are such a beautiful couple and it was so fun shooting their engagement session! Wishing you guys a life full of love, joy and cute little puppies! :)

First of all, I cannot get over this gorgeous couple and the beautiful winery in Temecula, where they will be getting married next year! Erika and Casey wanted to do a shoot there, and although heading over to Temecula from Los Angeles on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend might not have been the best idea, standing in traffic was so worth shooting with these two!

I loved that Erika and Casey thought of every detail and even brought a bike along. Erika went to the flower market that morning and put together this stunning flower basket! I can only imagine how many beautiful details their wedding will have! Also, have I mentioned how gorgeous these two are? They are seriously every photographer's dream. I am as in love with this engagement shoot as these two are with each other!

Polyna and Alex are two of the most kind, thoughtful and generous people, and I am so happy that they have found each other! This one was a special wedding to shoot because I personally know the bride and groom, and it was an honor to be a part of their day. Their wedding was held at the Wood Ranch Country Club that they decorated with sweet little details from their adventures together. There were smiles, laughter and tears of joy all around the entire day, from the getting ready all the way into reception. What a beautiful day! Congratulations again you two!!

Nicole and Joubin's wedding took place at Pine Rose Cabins near Lake Arrowhead. It was a beautiful intimate wedding with just 14 members of their closest family. The day was filled with so much laughter, joy and love for each other, and I absolutely loved being there to capture the most precious little moments of their special day. Lorraine and Carlos laughed the afternoon away during their uber romantic engagement session at Griffith Park. After 12 years of dating, these sweethearts officially got engaged and I got to be the lucky photographer to capture their engagement photos. It was amazing witnessing firsthand the love and dedication these two have for each other!

Griffith Park was the perfect location to shoot their engagement session. As a photographer, my priorities are always pretty light, soft background and a couple who are as in love with each other (and as stylish!) as these two. I so look forward to photograph their wedding next spring!

I met up with Wendy and Morris for their engagement session at Griffith Park on a beautiful spring day. Both of them looked absolutely lovely and it was so nice catching up with them. What made it even better is both Wendy and Morris are super laid back, witty and smart, so it was a blast spending time with them. I also love shooting at Griffith Park because there are gorgeous hills and greenery everywhere. This was such a great engagement session, and I cannot wait for their summer wedding!
